DropMe provides a platform for temporary file transfer. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee that files will be preserved or that the service will be uninterrupted.

3. Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that:

• Is illegal, threatening, defamatory, or obscene.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Is used for phishing, spamming, or any fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate sessions that violate these terms without notice.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. DropMe does not monitor all file content but responds to abuse reports. You acknowledge that uploaded files are deleted automatically and you should maintain your own backups.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DropMe or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, resulting from your use of the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
